Net Zero Emissions

Chelsea Gardens

Currently under construction, Chelsea Gardens is located at 4 and 10 Knightsbridge Road in Brampton, near the intersection of Queen Street and Central Park Drive. The centrally located building will be designed to meet Peel Region’s Net Zero Emissions Building Standard and is registered on the Canada Green Building Council project database for the Zero Carbon Building – Design v3 certification. This project is included in the Peel Community Housing Development Program and will help create more affordable housing in Peel.

Mixed-Use Multi-Residential

The Georgian Condos

Located in Toronto’s Cabbagetown South Neighbourhood, The Georgian is a new 124-unit, mixed-use multi-residential building developed by Stafford Homes, with Graphene Electric completing full electrical and fire alarm implementation. Completion is expected in 2026.

Kazmir Condos

A new 103-unit, mixed-use multi-residential building developed by Lormel Homes, located on the Queensway. Graphene Electric completed full electrical and fire alarm implementation. Completion is expected summer 2025.

55-Story Tower

481 University

A well-known building in Toronto’s Discovery District that is currently being transformed into the United BLDG. led by Davpart Inc. The project will blend original historic features with a brand-new 55-storey tower. Once complete, it will include modern condos, office space and retail stores. Graphene Electric is scheduled to deliver HVAC/Mechanical control wiring, BAS wiring and heat tracing, playing a key role in powering the building’s modern infrastructure.

Gallery Square

As part of a recent development by the Remington Group in downtown Markham, Graphene Electric delivered complete EV charging infrastructure - installing both residential Level 2 chargers and commercial-grade Level 2 and Level 3 chargers to support the growing demand for electric mobility.

Mixed-Use Development

M City

M City is a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Mississauga, led by Rogers Real Estate Development Limited in partnership with Urban Capital. The project will feature nine residential towers. Phase 1 and 2 are complete, with Phases 3 and 4 underway. Graphene Electric’s scope on the project includes fire protection heat tracing, supporting the functionality and reliability of essential building systems.
