The project will blend original historic features with a brand-new 55-storey tower. Once complete, it will include modern condos, office space and retail stores. Graphene Electric is scheduled to deliver HVAC/Mechanical control wiring, BAS wiring and heat tracing, playing a key role in powering the building’s modern infrastructure.

At IQ Condos on The Queensway - a modern residential development by the Remington Group - Graphene Electric completed the installation of Level 2 residential EV chargers, helping equip the property with practical infrastructure to support electric vehicle use.

As part of a recent development by the Remington Group in downtown Markham, Graphene Electric delivered complete EV charging infrastructure - installing both residential Level 2 chargers and commercial-grade Level 2 and Level 3 chargers to support the growing demand for electric mobility.

Phase 2 of IQ Condos by the Remington Group, Graphene Electric installed Level 2 residential EV chargers as part of the building’s electrical infrastructure.Currently under construction, Chelsea Gardens is located at 4 and 10 Knightsbridge Road in Brampton, near the intersection of Queen Street and Central Park Drive. The centrally located building will be designed to meet Peel Region’s Net Zero Emissions Building Standard and is registered on the Canada Green Building Council project database for the Zero Carbon Building – Design v3 certification. This project is included in the Peel Community Housing Development Program and will help create more affordable housing in Peel. Graphene Electric is set to complete full electrical and fire alarm implementation. Completion expected in 2027
